The best hotel ever. Unlucky nothing green outside like a little garden. Staff is very friendly, rooms clean and complete.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and cooperative, a special thanks to Ivana. The only thing that I was not feeling comfortable because of the construction works happening in the hotel to refurbish the bathrooms.

The only concern regards the cleaning of the room, it was not enough accurate: sometimes they forgot somethings in the room, other times they forgot to fill the bottle with water, and so.

It Was fine, frendly staff .the breakfast very good. At negative I have to Say that we had no hand wash gel for 2 days, sometimes they didn't clean the sink in the bathroom. And about the TV is not a 4 stars Hotel Tv.

Not a real triple room but double with extra bed in front of the closet and we were not able to use closet at all. Rooms are clean and breakfast is rich and great.

I have stayed in the Hotel Premium many times before and am always returning to a Hotel where i know customer service is outstanding and the facilities are fantastic. I have used the "wellness" facility for the first time this time though and would highly reccommend it to anyone. It is very private and the atmosphere is well worth every cent paid. I have rarely been so relaxed when staying in a spa area in a Hotel. The menu also has changed slightly and offers better prices now since the "star chef" no longer cooks at the restaurant and the quality of cooking has decreased as a result. The rooms are as always clean, with great internet facilities. The hotel is easy to reach by bus from the airport or by tram or bus from the main train station.

Tento hotel hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Pri príchode bola milá recepčná, po príchode na izbu nás čakalo ovocie (ako bolo sľúbené pri rezervácii), domáce cookies, a dokonca personalizovaný odkaz na TV. Izba bola čistá a postele veľmi komfortné. Raňajky mali naozaj veľký výber. Cena bola taktiež veľmi prijateľná. Jediné čo by som vylepšila je, že by som odporučila dať sieťky na okno, pretože pri vetraní sa dostalo niekoľko mušiek a komárov do izby. Nie každý chce používať klimatizáciu. Ale okrem tohto, nemám výhradu.

Co napsat, za tu cenu (02/2021) jsem očekával hotel, co bude mít nejlepší dávno za sebou. O to víc jsem byl příjemně překvapený. Vana na pokoji super, pokoj čistý, voňavý, nabídka televizních kanalů široká, večeře na pokoj ( omezení díky Covidu) výborná. Dojel jsem i s vozíkem, tažke parking za hotelem lehce komplikovanejší, ale pouze s autem by problém nebyl. Za mě super, škoda omezení. 5 hvězdiček dávám až když jsem opakovaně spokojený. ;-) P.S: za ty sušenky na pokoji bych vraždil, voňavé, chutné. Kvůli těm přijedu znova. ;-)

Fantastický hotel :) Už při vstupu vás uchvátí krásné velké akvárium a s úsměvem přivítá milá recepční. Pokoje jsou krásně moderně zařízené, na uvítanou jsme dostali koš s ovocem. Postel pohodlná a velká. Třešničkou na dortu je výborná snídaně s velkým výběrem. Velice rádi se zase vrátíme a budeme všem doporučovat.

uplna spokojnost s hotelovymi sluzbami. na izbe bola pripravena voda v krcahu, mohla som si uvarit caj, v kosiku ma cakalo ovocie a domace keksiky v doze. ako dalsie velmi prijemne prekvapenie bol mikulassky balicek nakolko moj pobyt v tomto case. to ma pozitivne zaskocilo. mily personal aj na recepcii. bohaty vyber na ranajkach. vsetkym zamestnancom dakujem za prijemny pobyt a prajem im Vesele Vianoce
