DNA, as a word, is only three letters. DNA, as a title, represents three elements with an important meaning for the author's game Bolka Polívka. DNA is the helix of genetic information, the carrier of inheritance between father and daughter. Gout is also a disease that lasts a lifetime and sometimes affects it at the most inopportune moment. And there are other bottoms. Moments that we try to forget, but we don't succeed, and we remember them. Personal, relational and existential reasons.

Theatrical adaptation of the generational clash between father and daughter, where HE (Bolek Polívka) and SHE (Anna Polívková) experience both humorous and serious situations in their everyday lives. As fellow actors, they spend time together in the dressing room and occasionally run to the scene. Or are they already on the scene? HE is a decaying, life-tested man who likes to teach and drill into the life of his offspring. SHE feels her progenitor is a paranoid "pug". However, both are united by a sincere "to like, despite...".

The comedy with autobiographical elements is full of gags, clown and theatrical performances and effects, typical improvisation and Bolek Polívka's characteristic humor, which is charmingly refreshed by his daughter, Anna Polívková.
